Surviving are one son, Don (Bev) Kipfer of Meadville, Pa.; one daughter, Carol Kipfer of Morton; four grandchildren, Shawn Kipfer, Aaron Kipfer, Ully Kipfer and Hannah Kipfer; one brother, Ephriam (Marilyn) Kipfer of Paulding, Ohio; four sisters, Elsie Rager of VanWert, Ohio, Margaret Schlatter of Linwood, Mich., Maryann Rozevink of Lake Wells, Fla., and Esther Stoller of Paulding, Ohio.
He was an industrial welder, designer and estimater.

Ralph was a charter member of Grace Church and a charter member of Eureka Bible Church and Northwoods Community Church in Peoria. He and his wife taught Sunday school classes and had Bible studies in their home.
Ralph loved people and they loved him back. He didn't know a stranger and had time for all. Ralph was a prayer warrior for the Lord; enjoying studying and reading his Bible. He was faithful in tithing and support of missionaries around the world.
He deeply loved his wife, Fern of 65 ½ years, and his family and grandchildren. Ralph shared a love of music, travel, hymn singing and fellowship of family and friends around a table of good food. Ralph loved the "competitive" games of Farkle with his friends at Brandon Wood.
He lived his life for the Lord - to God be the glory!
The family would like to thank Peg Stoller with Methodist Hospice for her professional loving care.
